Keri was born in London and moved to Wolverhampton with her family at the age of 9. She studied Business IT at Staffordshire university where she gained an interest in UX (user experience). Keri has been working in the technology industry for the past 7 years. 

Her focus has always been on improving the experience people have with digital products and services. She specialises in doing research with real people to understand more about them and what they need. She shares this knowledge with clients to help them design and build things that are more likely to work for people.

Keri has been self-employed for the past 5 years with her company Researchwise. She is passionate about helping others break into the industry offering mentorship, advice and paid internships when possible.

Her experience is primarily in the public sector on government services. She looks to bring her research to other sectors so that they can also benefit from the power and insight of research.
