Wedding FAQ's

My Approach

I will shoot your wedding pretty much as any other guest with a camera, with the exception being that I will have two cameras and a harness thingy which I suppose if a wedding guest wore you would think is a bit strange.

Your portrait session will probably be one of the few times I'll offer up suggestions of how you might want to pose, but generally I like to capture moments naturally without to many artificial additives or preservatives.

Pricing

I’ve always been a fan of simplicity. There are no hidden charges or unexpected fees. A deposit secures your day with the remaining balance being due one month before the wedding date.

Essentially I offer 3 packages and I'd love to discuss them with you, please click on the Get In Touch so we can begin a conversation.

How do we book you?

Booking is really simple, it always begins with us having a chat so i understand your expectations. I'll confirm the cost to you and you pay a deposit to secure your date, I will then send over a booking form and contract.

The outstanding balance is paid one calendar month before your wedding. You can of course pay it all at the time of booking, or there is the option to make multiple payments.

I'm camera shy or feel award having my picture taken?

You are not alone and I'll let you into a secret, I don't like having my picture taken either, but I've picked up a few tricks over the years, my role is to make people feel comfortable and put them at ease. It doesn't matter if it's you, your parents or your cousin, my informal nature is one of the best ways I achieve this. I don't shout or bark orders so just be yourselves and everything turns out fine.

Do we have to pose?

Your portrait session will probably be one of the few times I'll offer up suggestions of how you might want to pose, but generally I like to capture moments naturally without to many artificial additives or preservatives.

Can we have a Pre Wedding shoot?

Yes you can! It's a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before the day. It also provides you with the ability to use the images for your wedding stationery.

How do we get our images?

I use an online gallery to deliver the digital copies. The gallery has it's own store which enables you to order various types of printed products from fine art prints to framed images.

Can we have a second Photographer?

Yes you can! Having a second photographer means that morning preparations of both the bride and groom can be captured, as well as a different perspective of the rest of your day, and of course this increases the total number of images that you will receive.
