Ludemira
Ludemira is a self-taught chef with a deep passion for discovering and experimenting with various cuisines. She is eager to share her culinary creations with those around her and is the owner of Sabura, a small Lusophone restaurant located in the heart of Wolverhampton.
Sabura has become a vital support for the local community, with Ludemira and her team continuously seeking projects to assist those in need.
Every Wednesday, she prepares nutritious meals for the homeless, and during school half-terms, she participates in the children’s club “HAF,” where she cooks, cares for, and teaches children about the importance of healthy eating through the charity Aspire & Reach.
Ludemira’s commitment to improving and supporting her local community began during her years in Portugal. There, she organised numerous children’s events and utilised her expertise in accounting and finance to support the local charity ACVA Vale da Amoreira, managing its financial accounts and advising on efficient investment strategies for donations and funds.
In addition to her charitable efforts, Ludemira enjoys engaging with the public and being in front of the camera. In her spare time, she records and edits videos of her cooking and baking discoveries, sharing them on her restaurant’s Instagram page.
Beyond her exceptional talent and creativity in the kitchen, Ludemira is also an expert in event planning and decoration. She has a remarkable ability to transform any room into a stunning and unforgettable space.
With a desire to share, teach, and create new experiences, Ludemira envisions Sabura as a meeting point for gastronomic representation within the Lusophone community, uniting cultural diversity under one roof.
