Darren Watley Photography collects names, email address, postal address and phone numbers.

 Information is collected and stored via the website www.darrenwatley.com, our social media accounts or via direct contact to enable provision of services, marketing, and responses to queries. You have the right to withdraw your consent to your data being stored and used. This should be made in writing to info@darrenwatley.com 

How we store your information

Data will be stored in the UK and may be stored outside the EU in the form of data backups. Data will be stored for a minimum of 5 years. When data is destroyed, it will be deleted form the servers and the backups overwritten to remove the required data over the period of number of days back up.

 We currently collect and process the following information: Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

How we get the information and why we have it

 Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Responses to questions and requests for information 
  • Marketing data

 Your information is securely stored on our UK servers and backup sites within or outside of the EU. 
We keep your personal information for a minimum of 5 years. We will then dispose your information as explained above.
